We will leave for the town of Boca de Yuma, a small fishing village located at the mouth of the Yuma River. After a first section of 20 km along inland roads and trails that are not too demanding, but that require a certain skill in #MTB, we will enter the cane plantations, kilometer-long extensions in which we will cross through bateyes, the towns where the workers of the cane, sugar mills, collection stations, and the cane train. After the cane path we will face the last section, the climb to the cliff that will take us to Playa Grande and the Yuma River. On the other side of the river, in the town, a transport will wait for us to return us to the hotel, but first we will have to cross the river aboard a fishing boat.

From the hotel lobby, we will ride until we reach the Uvero Alto area, where we will enter its marshes and rice fields until we reach the town of Las Lagunas de Nisibón. From there we will go to La Vacama beach where we can take a bath and, following the entire coastline at the foot of the beach, end up at the famous Macao beach where we will enjoy time to swim.
After taking some time to take pictures and rest, we will return to the hotel.

This is a demanding route that requires more #MTB technique due to the places it runs through.
Leaving from the hotel lobby, we will roll to the town of La Ceiba, where we will leave the asphalt to enter the Dominican countryside: technical ascents, steep ramps, trails, fast descents, rivers, cattle and probably some mud await us on this route. through the greenest heart of the province of La Altagracia.

Catalina Island is a natural park in the Dominican Republic located about an hour and a half from Bávaro.

Our adventure begins with a cruise on the Chavón River. We will sail along the coast of the luxury resort Casa de Campo and during the sailing trip we will serve snacks and drinks on board.

At the end of the cruise we will arrive at the impressive reef that surrounds Catalina Island, where we will stay to explore the wonderful marine life that inhabits it. On the boat we will provide you with life jackets, snorkel masks and fins.

At the end of the snorkeling, the crew will offer you drinks with and without alcohol, and we will sail to Catalina Island, to “La Playita”, where we will have a typical Dominican lunch. We will enjoy the island’s beach and return aboard our catamaran to the pier where the buses will wait for us to return to the hotel.
